3. Applicants must demonstrate a willingness to actively participate in the community by attending events, contributing to discussions, and sharing their knowledge and expertise.
4. Applicants must have a strong desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
5. Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in English, as all community activities will be conducted in English.
